"Really happy with my photo book"
I’m really pleased with how the photo book turned out. The print quality looks great and the pages feel really nice when you flip through them. I also liked that the receipt and order emails were clear and easy to refer back to. Overall, a lovely little keepsake.

"Helpful staff and a stress-free visit"
I went in not really sure how to print photos from my phone, and the staff were lovely about it. I’ve got a bit of a personal standard for things being done properly, especially with photos, so I appreciated that they took the time to show me exactly what to press instead of rushing me along. It was busy in the store, but they were still patient and friendly. The photos turned out well, and I left feeling really happy with the service. Simple, easy, and I’d definitely use them again.

"Colours were pretty much spot on"
I ordered a few holiday prints from bootsphoto.com and, to be honest, I wasn’t totally sure how they’d turn out. But the colours were actually really close to what I had on my phone, not too dark and not overly bright either.
The skin tones looked normal too, which is usually where I start noticing if something’s off. The ordering was simple enough and the prints came out fine, so I’d probably use them again...

I used the Boots Photo app to print a few photos from my phone it just felt like a good, straightforward option. The upload was quick, there wasn’t any faffing around, and the prints turned out nicely. My gut feeling after using it is that I’d happily order through it again.

and I did have a problem with my photo order, which took a little while to get help with. They sorted it out in the end, so I’m glad it was fixed, but the whole thing wasn’t exactly great.

"Really nice personalised gift"
I was a bit tired of ordering gifts online and dealing with all the usual faff, but this turned out better than I expected. The photo was clear, the colours looked good, and it didn’t feel cheap at all. It was for a birthday and they really loved it, which was a relief. Ordering was straightforward too, so I’d use Boots Photo again

I had a small issue with my photo boots order and expected it to be a bit of a headache, but it was actually really smooth. I first asked for a refund and then ended up going with a replacement instead. The support team got back to me quickly and handled everything without making it complicated. I was really happy with the service and even told a friend I’d recommend them based on how well they sorted it out.

My photo order turned up on the exact day they said it would, so no complaints there. I got the dispatch email, the tracking was straightforward enough, and the prints were packed decently so nothing was bent or damaged. I’ve used Boots Photo a few times now and delivery has been reliable each time, which is what I’d expect really. If it had been late or the prints had arrived damaged, I’d definitely have expected some sort of compensation, but thankfully it all went smoothly
